2. Do I have to register and pay the $35 membership fee every year?
Yes

3. Does SMJGA administer or host all the Jr. Tournaments?
No. The only tournament SMJGA administers/hosts is the Year End Championship Tournament.
All the regular season tournaments are administered by the Club/Course that hosts the tournament.

4. How much does each tournament cost?
Each course set their own price.

5. Do I send my entry form for the tournaments to SMJGA?
No. Send your entry fee, and registration to the host facility

6. Does SMJGA guarantee me a spot in each tournament?
No. Each host facility has limits, and guidelines for each event.

7. How do I qualify for the Championship Tournament at the end of the season?
You must compete in at least 5 of the events on the schedule. Your 5 best scores
will be used to determine the flight you will participate in the Championship Tournament.

8. What age group do I play in if my birthday is during the golf season?
You play in whatever age division you are on the date of the tournament, including the
Year End Championship Tournament.

9. How does the point system work?

10. What are the points for?
Points will be accumulated throughout the season. A special award will be given to each
specific age group point total winner at the end of the seaon. In addition, each
point total winner, and anyone who participated in all the tournaments will be put into a
for a Scotty Cameron Putter.
